Intermodal Yearbook
INTERMODAL YEARBOOK 2010
Strategies, Statistics, Terminals and Players in Atlas Format
|
Since this is the first edition, and while it is our intention to update it annually, EIA makes no claim that this Yearbook is ‘complete’. As mentioned in the last article ‘To be continued?’ we invite anyone not mentioned in this Yearbook to contact EIA, providing good reasons why their network, statistics and overviews should, in future, be included. For a PDF Brochure with Contents click here. OUR PARTNERS & SPONSORSApart of the production of new statistics by lead partners NEA and ISL, various sources have been consulted, such as Eurostat, various DGs within the EC, national ministries, port databases, ‘Brussels’ expert organisations, promotion centres, research bodies, EU project results, press, universities, personal opinions of individuals and, of course, members of EIA. The administrative price has been kept deliberately low; it should be accessible for various authority and management levels, also educational institutes as supplier of our future decision makers. Many thanks to our sponsors: Ambrogio; Port of Antwerp; Bertschi AG; Polzug Intermodal; Procter & Gamble; TFG Transfracht.
